Please be informed about registration fee for foot passengers, who are not using self check-in, but decides to check-in at terminal service desk.

The board of AS Tallink Grupp has decided. From 01 March 2024:

  1. The registration fee for the trip for foot passengers of all cruise ships is established at the terminal service counter as follows:
    • The fee is introduced in all ports where self-service check-in is possible (Tallinn, Helsinki, Marienhamn, Stockholm, Turku);
    • Registration fee at the terminal service counter is 5 € per direction/passenger (except Executive Suite, Junior Suite, Commodore cabin class passengers);
    • On a cruise where both directions are registered at the same time, the price for registration at the terminal service counter is 5€ per passenger;
    • Passengers aged 0-17 are registered for the trip free of charge;
    • Disabled and reduced mobility passengers free of charge.
    • The fee is not charged if there is a limit set for ticket registration at the self-service kiosk and registration is only possible at the service counter.
       
  2. On Shuttle ships, the registration fee is not charged for the Platinum passenger class (similar to the Business passenger class).
     
  3. Fee is not charged for passengers, who are travelling with vehicle and for groups over 24 passengers.
